I like the look, though it seems you are losing detail in your product when you make your changes. Is it your saturation levels? Otherwise I think you are on the right path. (I always struggle with it, but learning as I go).
100% the before . The clean crisp detailed look is impressive. You already have beautiful models and take excellent pictures. The before pictures jump better.
